Rental Terms
All floral rentals include a 2-day rental period, giving you time for setup, celebration, and next-day return or pickup. If you require additional time, please contact us in advance—extended rentals may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability.
Pickup & Delivery:
We offer free local pickup and delivery within Twin Falls County.
For events outside Twin Falls County, a delivery fee applies. This fee is based on distance and will be quoted upon inquiry.
Care & Responsibility:
Our arrangements are designed to be reused and cherished. Please handle them with care and avoid exposure to moisture, direct sun, or rough handling. Damaged or missing items may incur a replacement fee.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the rental start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may receive a partial refund, depending on the preparation stage.

Care Instructions
Our forever flower rentals are made with high-quality dried, preserved, and silk florals. To ensure they remain in beautiful condition throughout your rental period, please follow these simple guidelines:
Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, or high humidity to prevent fading or damage.
Do not water or mist—these arrangements are designed to stay effortlessly beautiful without maintenance.
Handle gently when moving. Avoid crushing blooms or bending stems, as some materials can be delicate.
All arrangements are inspected before and after each rental. If any damage occurs, please let us know so we can assess whether a repair or replacement fee applies.
